JILL FOSCO INTERNATIONAL LLC STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Jill Fosco International, LLC a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and, the JFI Client named on the Program Registration Form attached to this Agreement. The Company and the JFI Client will sometimes be described in this Agreement collectively as the “Parties” or individually as “Party.”
GENERAL STATEMENTS OF INTENT AND UNDERSTANDING:
1. The JFI Client is committed to participate in the JFI Consulting Program(s) and Services described on the Program Registration Form. These JFI Consulting Programs and Services shall be provided to the JFI Client via the telephone and internet and sometimes in person when applicable for a fee. The consulting, programs, and services including the Jill Fosco Consulting Programs described in this agreement shall be collectively referred to as the “Works.” The JFI Client / Collaborative Partner is committed to participate in and be in communication with the Company and will support and participate in the Programs and Services as designed by the Company to support the success of the agreement.
2. The Company seeks to assist and support the JFI Client by allowing the JFI Client to use various intellectual products owned and marketed exclusively by the Company. The Works being to be used by the JFI Client are described on the Program Registration Form attached to this Agreement.
